Reconfigurable THz Metamaterial Filter Based on Binary Response for Information Processing System

چکیده

Light-matter interactions between the metallic and dielectric layers along with controlling of electromagnetic waves can create a way to develop micro-devices moderate functionalities for advanced applications. This study describes new technique plasmatic electron packet based on an electric split-ring resonator (eSRR). All numerical experiments were performed using CST package. The proposed metamaterial tunneled structure in this operates terahertz (THz) frequency spectrum as efficient digital processing filter. array combination consisted three individual unit cells. Moreover, two engineered arms added exhibited peak resonances one passband region. A large evanescent field was produced enhance wave-metal presence metal-dielectric micro-tunnel. intensity encoded binary 0 1 information encoding purposes. As result, reconfigurable micro-unit cell able effectively control allow packets be digitally system.
